Todd and Sarah Henderson: Todd, 33, and Sarah, 34, of Cedar Rapids meet in 1994 and have enjoyed volunteering and working in politics since that time. Todd works as a full time public policy and political consultant and Sarah is a marketing professional at a local company. They have two children, Aiden Reagan, 4, and Ainsley Nicole, 1. Sarah served on the Cedar Rapids City Council from 2006-2008.

Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey: Bill Northey is a Republican serving his first term as Iowa’s Secretary of Agriculture after being elected in November 2006. He is a fourth generation farmer from Spirit Lake, Iowa, who grows corn and soybeans. As secretary, Northey is traveling to each of Iowa’s 99 counties every year to hear from farmers and rural residents with a stake in the future of agriculture. These meetings allow him to listen to their needs and better lead the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship as it seeks to serve the people of this state. His priorities are advancing the opportunities available through renewable energy, promoting conservation and stewardship, and telling the story of Iowa agriculture.

Challee Stefani: Challee is a senior at The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul majoring in Political Science. She is originally from Cedar Rapids and graduated from Xavier High School. Her professor, Dr. Angela High-Pippert, is the campuses representative for The Washington Center for Internships and Seminars. This past fall The Washington Center came to the professor looking for students who would want to work at the convention. The Washington Center shopped her resume around to different companies that at going to be at the convention and would need interns. CBN News picked mine Challee’s and offered her a position on their team during the convention. During the convention she will be in charge of recording and the overall management of the CBN News room.
